Do not email confidential PDFs or personal documents. PDFHope support does not need your source file for an initial diagnosis.
Response priorities
Security and privacy reports receive priority review. General suggestions are reviewed as the product roadmap is updated. PDFHope does not currently offer guaranteed response times or enterprise support.
