No professional or archival guarantee
PDFHope is a general productivity tool, not legal, records-management, security, or compliance advice. Bates-style numbering and visual comparisons do not establish legal compliance.
Keep original files and verified backups. A generated result may not preserve signatures, forms, bookmarks, accessibility tags, or every feature of the source PDF.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, PDFHope is not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or decisions made from an unreviewed output.
