Information PDFHope processes

Most PDF tools process selected documents locally in your browser. Word to PDF and PDF to Word transmit the selected file through a Cloudflare Worker to ConvertAPI only after you start conversion. Zero-storage mode keeps source and result bytes in memory rather than provider file storage.

The site and conversion infrastructure may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timing, filename, conversion type, and security events for delivery, billing, reliability, and abuse prevention. PDFHope does not permanently store document contents.

Local storage

Theme preference, favorite tools, and recent tool routes may be stored in your browser. You can remove this data through your browser settings. No account profile is created.

Analytics, advertising, and third parties

No third-party analytics or advertising script is included in the current build. ConvertAPI is used only for Word/PDF document conversion. Reserved layout areas do not load ads.

Your choices

Use a local-only tool when server processing is not appropriate for your document. You may also clear local storage through browser settings. Contact livenewsuson@gmail.com with a privacy question and do not attach sensitive documents.
